Tato práce se zabývá nukleovými kyselinami a je určena jako didaktická pomůcka pro středoškolské učitele chemie a jejich studenty. V teoretické části je shrnuta historie výzkumu nukleových kyselin se zaměřením na objevování jejich chemické struktury. Praktická část obsahuje okomentovaný elektronický interaktivní pracovní list, který má za cíl vysvětlit a procvičit středoškolské učivo o stavbě nukleových kyselin.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The topic of the presented material is nucleic acids and it is designed for high school chemistry teachers and students. The theoretical part describes the history of the nucleic acid discovery with focus on the structure description. The practical part contains an annotated electronic interactive worksheet which aims to explain and revise the high school nucleic acid curriculum.
