| Tématem mojí bakalářské práce je využití kognitivně - behaviorální terapie (KBT) u klientů s poruchami autistického spektra (PAS) se zacílením na problémy sociální složky této pervazivní vývojové poruchy. Sociální neobratnost, špatná orientace ve vztazích, odtažitost a podobné charakteristiky typické pro PAS jsou sice její neodmyslitelnou součástí, ale to, že vstupování do vztahů není pro onoho jedince funkční, nemusí nutně znamenat, že po něm netouží.
KTB do tohoto systému v dnešní době vstupuje jako jedna z mála psychoterapeutických metod, která je uváděna jako vhodný nástroj. Teoretickými východisky práce bude seznámení s KBT jako psychoterapeutickým směrem, s jeho historií a aktuálním vývojem. Dále potom bude teoretickým východiskem charakteristika PAS a seznámení s tou částí spektra, která bude službu KBT nejvíce využívat. V práci bych chtěla využít kazuistickou formu. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| In my thesis I describe the application of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
to patients with autism-spectrum disorders (ASD), with special attention to the social aspects of this pervasive developmental disorder. Social ineptitude, bad orientation in relationships, reserved behaviour and similar characteristics are typical of ASD, but it does not necessarily follow that an individual who has difficulties to enter into relationships does not desire to do so. These days, CBT enters this system as the only demonstrably effective method. As the theoretical background for the thesis I present CBT as a school of psychotherapy, with its history and current development. Further, I characterize ASD and present the section of the spectrum in which CBT will be used the most. In the thesis I would like to use the casuistic form. |
