| Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na diagnostiku plochonoží a fyzioterapeutické metody vhodné pro pacienty s neléčeným plochonožím. Plochonoží způsobuje mnoho problémů pohybového aparátu, proto je nutná včasná diagnostika a terapie. Teoretická část obsahuje anatomii nohy, diferenciální diagnostiku plochonoží a jeho příčiny, příznaky a následky. Dále je zde popsán vliv plochonoží na posturu a držení těla. Hlavními kapitolami teoretické části jsou diagnostické metody a možnosti terapie zaměřená na plochou nohu. Praktická část zahrnuje kazuistiky tří pacientů, kteří mají alespoň jeden typ neléčeného plochonoží. V kazuistikách je obsažena anamnéza, vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor, podrobný popis terapií a celkové zhodnocení a porovnání efektu fyzioterapie mezi jednotlivými pacienty. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| Bachelor thesis is aimed on the diagnosis of talipes planus and physiotherypy methods suitable for patients with the untreated talipes planus. Talipes planus causes a lot of musculoskeletal problems so is important to start with diagnosis and therapy early. The theoretical part contains anatomy of the foot, differential diagnosis of the talipes planus and its causes, symptoms and consequences. Farther is described here influence of the talipes planus to our posture. The main chapters of the theoretical part are diagnostic methods and therapy aimed on the talipes planus. The practical part includes casuistries of free patients who have at least type of untretaed talipes planus. The casuistries contain case history, input and output kinesiology analysis, a detail description of the therapy and total evalution and comparison of the effect of physiotherapy between patients. |
