Preliminary scope of work |
Cílem práce bude co nejkompletnejší studium několika vybraných materiálu (připravitelných ve formě monokrystalu, výběr bude součástí práce) pomocí analýzy transportních, magnetických, termodynamických a elastických vlastností v široké (vhodně zvolené) škále vnějších parametrů (teplota, magnetické pole, hydrostatický tlak). |
Preliminary scope of work in English |
Within the last years, the investigation of the magnetically ordered materials aim to compounds with complex ground state often accompanied by superconductivity in the specific part of the parameter space. Mechanisms and conditions leading to the appearance of these complex electron states are not yet fully understand, partially due to theirs dependence on the sample quality and method used for the investigation preventing direct comparison of results from different groups obtained by different methods. The goal of the thesis is complex study of selected materials (available in the form of high quality single crystals, selection procedure would be part of the thesis) using various transport, magnetic, thermodynamic and elastic studies in wide (carefully chosen) scale of parameters (temperature, magnetic field, hydrostatic pressure). |
