Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou protetických pomůcek u atletických sportovců s amputací dolní končetiny. Cílem práce je vytvořit ucelené a názorné shrnutí poznatků z oboru ortopedické protetiky. V teoretické části je použit kvalitativní výzkum metody sběru dat z dostupných dokumentů, zejména odborných článků, časopisů a publikací zabývající se danou problematikou. Získané poznatky jsou využity pro sestavení literární rešerše. V deskriptivně-analytické části práce je použita metoda analýzy, konkrétně analýzy protetických pomůcek. V práci jsou využity poznatky z výzkumných studií zaměřených na stabilitu postižených jedinců s amputací dolní končetiny. Ze všech uvedených studií je patrné, že postižení jsou mnohem více závislí na dalším smyslovém vnímání okolního prostředí, než zdraví jedinci a na konstrukci konkrétní protézy.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This bachelor's thesis deals with prosthetic devices for athletic athletes with lower extremity amputations. The aim is to create a comprehensive and illustrative summary of findings from the field of prosthetics. The theoretical part is used qualitative research methods of collecting data from the available documents, including technical articles, journals and publications on this issue. The knowledge gained is used for the preparation of a literature review. The descriptive and analytical part, the method of analysis, namely, analysis of prosthetic devices. The paper used knowledge from research studies on the stability of affected individuals with lower extremity amputations. Of all the above studies it is clear that the impairment is much more dependent on other sensory perception of the environment than the healthy individuals and the design of the particular prosthesis.
