Cílem této práce je definovat a porovnat přístupy jednotlivých aktérů v Jihočínském moři k čínské U-shaped line a to především se zaměřením na oblast surovinovou, energetickou, bezpečnostní a právní. Dále se práce zaměří na to, zda jsou nároky daných aktérů legitimní.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This thesis focuses on defining and comparing the approaches of individual states in the South China Sea with the Chinese U-shaped line. It specifically concentrates on the area of resources, security and law. The thesis will also focus on the legality of claims of each state.
