V této práci se zabývám problematikou ploché nohy. Popisuji mechanismy funkce nohy a projevy patologie plochonoží. Shrnuji poznatky z embriologie, anatomie a biomechaniky, zabývám se možnostmi hodnocení funkce nohy, a to jak klasickými tak i moderními postupy. Cílem této práce je přehled vyšetřovacích metod, především současných postupů objektivního posouzení a stanovení přesného typu patologie. Součástí práce jsou také původní měření na pacientovi a jsou porovnávány závěry jednotlivých metod.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The subject of this work is the flat foot – pes planus. Foot mechanical functions are described including features demonstrating flatfoot pathology. I summarize knowledge in embryology, anatomy and biomechanics, and focus on possibilities to evaluate functions of the foot with both classical and modern methods. The goal of this work is survey of diagnostic methods, mainly current procedures of objective evaluation and determination of the precize kind of the foottype pathology. I also include my original measurements on a patient and I compare the conclusions based on individual methods.
