| Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit nejnovější poznatky o onemocnění juvenilní idiopatická artritida ve spojitosti s léčebnou rehabilitací - fyzioterapií. Práce se zabývá tím, jak se tato nemoc promítá do funkce pohybového systému a jakým způsobem může léčebná rehabilitace ovlivnit vzniklé poruchy.
Práce se skládá ze 2 oddílů. První je část teoretická, která je zpracována rešeršní formou se zaměřením na informace, které byly o tomto tématu publikovány v průběhu posledních 10 let. Druhou částí je praktická. Ta je věnována kazuistice pacienta s juvenilní idiopatickou artritidou, která zahrnuje vyšetření, průběh rehabilitace a její výsledky na celkový zdravotní stav. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| The aim of this thesis is to find out the latest information about the juvenile idiopathic arthritis disease in connection with therapeutic rehabilitation- physiotherapy. The thesis deals with the effect of the disease on the function of the musculoskeletal system, and the ways in which therapeutic rehabilitation can effect already developed disorders.
The thesis consists of two sections. The first part is theoretical and includes information from the literature, with focus on information that has been published over the last 10 years. The second part is devoted to case report of a patient with juvenile idiopathic arthritis, including an examination, a course of rehabilitation and its effects on overall health. |
