Hlavním ciliem je analyzovat a zhodnotit 1) geopolitické zájmy a plány Ruska a jejich realizaci v souvislosti s vnitropolitickým děním na Ukrajině; 2) cíle a zájmy ukrajinských separatistů – vývoj, stav a perspektivy jejich plánů včetně situace na Krymu a na východě Ukrajiny; 3) zjistit hlavní faktory konfliktu a testovat, zda tím primárním je etnicita.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Main goals are to analyze and evaluate 1) the geopolitical interests of Russia with the respect to the interests and internal political events in Ukraine; 2) the objectives and interests of Ukrainian separatists - status, evolution and perspectives of their plans, including the situation in Crimea and eastern Ukraine; 3) identify the main factors of conflict and to test whether it is the primary ethnicity.
