| Cíle práce Rešerše problematiky konektivity habitatů a resistence krajiny ve vztahu k výskytu a šíření vydry říční. Hodnocení preference prostředí s využitím telemetrických dat z oblasti Dačicka a Novobystřicka. Vytvoření modelu konektivity krajiny jižních Čech z pohledu vydry říční - validace modelu pomocí telemetrických dat. Hodnocení kritických míst křížení sítě koridorů a dopravní infrastruktury, analýza dat o mortalitě. Použité pracovní metody, zájmové území, datové zdroje Rešerše problematiky konektivity habitatů a resistence krajiny ve vztahu k výskytu a šíření vydry říční. Hodnocení preference prostředí s využitím telemetrických dat z oblasti Dačicka a Novobystřicka (databáze ALKA wildlife, o.p.s.). Vytvoření modelu konektivity krajiny jižních Čech (Třeboňsko, Jindřichohradecko, Novobystřicko & Dačicko) z pohledu vydry říční - využití nástroje CIRCUITSCAPE. Validace modelu pomocí telemetrických dat. Hodnocení kritických míst křížení sítě koridorů a dopravní infrastruktury (tzv. pinch points), analýza dat o mortalitě vyder (databáze ALKA wildlife, o.p.s.). |

| Objectives of the thesis Review of habitat connectivity and landscape resistence in relation to the occurrence and spreading of European Otter. Assesment of preference of the environment using the telemetry data from Dačicko and Novobystřicko regions. The creation of the model of the connectivity of South Bohemian landscape from the perspective of European Otter– validation of the model using the telemetry data. The assesment of the high-risk areas where corridor networks cross transport infrastructure, the analysis of mortality data Working methods, area of interest, data sources Review of habitat connectivity and landscape resistence in relation to the occurrence and spreading of European Otter. Assesment of preference of the environment using the telemetry data from Dačicko and Novobystřicko regions (ALKA wildlife o.p.s database). The creation of the model of the connectivity of South Bohemian landscape (Třeboňsko, Jidřichohradecko, Novobystřicko & Dačicko) from the perspective of European Otter- validation of the model using the telemetry data. CIRCUITSCAPE tool will be used.
