Zpracování literatury, která se zabývá separací a stanovením různých derivátů chlorfenoxypropionové kyseliny. Optimalizace chromatografického separačního systému pro analýzu/separaci strukturně podobných derivátů odvozených od chlorfenoxypropionové kyseliny. Separace těchto derivátů budou probíhat v reverzním modu vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Working with scientific literature dealing with separation and/or determination of chlorophenoxypropionic acid derivatives. Optimization of chromatographic condiitons for analysis/separation of structurally related chlorophenoxypropionic acid derivatives. Reversed-phase separation mode will be applied for the separation of these derivatives.
