Práce bude zaměřena na specifické molekulární znaky konstitutivního heterochromatinu, tedy na úroveň DNA, proteinů a RNA, jakož i na to, jakým způsobem tyto modifikace podmiňují stavbu a funkci tohoto typu chromatinu.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This study will be focused on specific molecular features of constitutive heterochromatin (level of DNA, RNA, proteins). I will be shown how these modifications influence structure and function of this type of chromatin.
