Cílem této práce je analyzovat téma územního azylu, jakožto institutu mezinárodního práva, který se formuje už od dob starověku. Hlavními výzkumnými otázkami jsou: Co je obsahem územního azylu? Lze na něj hledět i z pohledu jednotlivce jako na lidské právo? Zahrnuje toto právo i právo na udělení, nebo pouze právo o azyl požádat? Má stát původu podle mezinárodního práva možnost nějakým způsobem na udělení azylu reagovat? Může ho například považovat za nepřátelský akt?
Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of this thesis is to analyse the topic of territorial asylum as an ancient and withstanding institute of international law. The main research questions are as follows: What constitutes territorial asylum? Can it be considered a basic human right from the viewpoint of each individual? Does this right include asylum or only the opportunity to seek it? Does the state of origin have a right to respond in some way to the granting of asylum? Can it be considered an unfriendly act?
