| Bakalářská práce se věnuje stanovisku auditorů a zaměstnanců k interním auditům ve FN HK
V teoretické části práce jsou definovány základní pojmy (akreditace, audit, akreditační standard) a popsán proces provádění auditů a hlášení nežádoucích událostí ve FN HK. Jádro empirické části představuje anonymní průzkumné šetření v oblasti interních auditů s cílem zjistit názor interních auditorů a porovnat ho se stanovisky auditovaných zaměstnanců. Soubor respondentů je tvořen 40 auditory a 40 auditovanými zaměstnanci, kteří pracují ve FN HK déle než 5 let. Konečná verze dotazníku byla provedena na základě rozboru výsledků pilotního projektu na 10 zaměstnancích. Otázky jsou zaměřeny na témata týkající se akreditace, vzdělání auditorů, náplně a načasování auditů, sledování mimořádných událostí a sdělování neoptimálních výsledků. Cílem získaných informací je napomoci zlepšit systém vnitřních auditů a kvalitu péče ve FN HK. |

| The Bachelor thesis deals with the Opinion of Auditors and Empoyees on Inner Audits in Hospital Hradec Králové
Elementary concepts are defined in theoretical part of the document. Description of inner audits and advers events report is also included. Anonymous questionare inquiry pertaining to inner audits is a core of empirical part of the text. 40 auditors and empoyees working in the hospital more than 5 years were involved in the investigation. Oppinions of auditors were compared to statements of empoyees. Final version of the questionnaire was refined after analysis of preliminary questionnaire results. Questions pertain to accreditation, edducation of auditors, topics and timing of audits, survelliance of advers events and negative results notification. Information obtained can assist to improve inner audit system and quality of healthcare in the hospital. |
