Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, které oblasti života osob se spasticitou ruky mohou prováděné rekonstrukční operace úchopu ovlivnit. Dále naznačit, které konkrétní faktory podílející se na funkci a dysfunkci horní končetiny osob se syndromem centrálního motoneuronu mohou ovlivnit výsledky intervence a jaké jsou mezi těmito faktory vztahy. Soubor bude tvořen 13 osobami s cerebrálním typem spasticity. Osoby budou vyšetřeny před operací, 3 měsíce a 5 měsíců po intervenci. Operace bude zasahovat do etáží zápěstí - ruka a loket. Opakovaně budou vyšetřovány některé modality čití, goniometrie, Frenchayský test paže, Skóre vizuálního hodnocení úchopu, TheQuick DASH, modifikovaná Ashwortova škála, modifikovaný test Barthelové a pacienti budou klasifikováni dle The Manual Ability Classification System.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of the thesis is to find out which areas of life of people with hand spasticity may affect the performance of reconstructive surgery. Furthermore, to determine which specific factors involved in the function and dysfunction of the upper limb in people with upper motor neuron syndrome can affect the results of the intervention, and what are the relationships between these factors. The group will consist of 13 people with cerebral type of spasticity. Subjects will be examined preoperatively, three months after the intervention, and five months after the intervention. Operations will be performed in the wrist-hand and elbow region. Subjects will be examined repeatedly by some sensory modality, goniometry, Frenchay arm test, Score for visual evaluation of functional task of the hand, The QuickDASH, modified Ashworth Scale, modified Barthel Index and each person will be classified according to The Manual Ability Classification System.
