Preliminary scope of work

Primární ciliární dyskineze je závažné dědičné onemocnění s rizikem trvalého poškození respiračního traktu. Dochází zde k abnormalitám funkce nebo struktury řasinek s následnou poruchou mukociliární clearance. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je podat komplexní přehled informací o primární ciliární dyskinezi se zaměřením na patogenezi, klinické příznaky a rehabilitaci dětských pacientů.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Primary ciliary dyskinesia is a serious hereditary disease with a risk of permanent damage to the respiratory tract. There is an abnormal function or structure of cilia with subsequent impaired mucociliary clearance. The aim of my thesis is to give a comprehensive overview of the primary ciliary dyskinesia with a focus on the pathogenesis, clinical symptoms and rehabilitation of pediatric patients.
