Preliminary scope of work

Náplní práce bude syntéza derivátů cyklodextrinů (CD), které budou mít přes aminoskupinu v poloze 6 navázány sulfanylalkylové skupiny různé délky. Z těch budou poté připraveny duplexní deriváty se dvěma CD jednotkami spojenými disulfidickým můstkem. Dále bude počítačově simulována komplexace těchto duplexních derivátů s fluorofory.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of the work will be the synthesis of cyclodextrins (CD) defivatives which will have through the aminogroup in position 6 attached sulfanylalkyl groups of different lenghts. These will be used to prepare duplex derivatives which will have two CD units connected by disulfide bridge. In addition, computer simulation of the complexation of these CD duplex derivatives with fluorophores will be performed.
