Preliminary scope of work
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o vlivu prezidentské administrativy na imigrační a integrační politiku Francie. Nejdříve byly rozebrány faktory, které formují výchozí podmínky imigrační politiky. Jedná se o historické události, které měly významný vliv na imigrační toky a jejich demografickou strukturu, která je blíže popsána v podkapitole 1.2. Posledním tématem teoretické části práce je politická koncepce k tvorbě imigrační politiky, která určuje právní a legislativní rámec imigrační politiky.
Analýza imigračních politik čtyř prezidentů Páté republiky je obsahem druhé části této bakalářské práce. V chronologickém pořadí jsou rozebrány rozhodnutí Charlese de Gaulla, Valéry Giscard d´Estainga, Françoise Mitterranda a Nicolase Sarkozyho. Závěr práce se poté věnuje zhodnocení a porovnání imigračních politik těchto prezidentů.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This Bachelor´s thesis deals with the influence of the presidential administration on the immigration politics in France. Firstly, it gives an overview of the historical context relevant to the topic of immigration and defines the demographic structure of the immigration flows throughout history. Secondly, it delimits the political and legislative system, based on which the immigration policies are made in France.
In the remaining part, immigration politics of four presidents of the Fifth Republic are chosen for a further analysis. Chapters 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 are dedicated to the administrations of Charles de Gaulle, Valéry Giscard d´Estaing, François Mitterrand and Nicolas Sarkozy respectively. Their influence on the development of the immigration to France is appraised in the final portion of this thesis.
