Preliminary scope of work

Práce se bude zabývat signalizací iniciovanou GPR55 receptorem v modelové buněčné linii PC12 a zkoumáním předpokládaného cytoprotektivníno potenciálu kanabinoidů aktivujících tento receptor. Při tomto výzkumu budou uplatněny různé biochemické, molekulárně biologické a cytologické metody.

Preliminary scope of work in English

This thesis will be preoccupied with studying of signaling mediated through GPR55 receptor in the model PC12 cell line and it will explore the presumed cytoprotective potencial of cannabinoids activating this receptor. This research will be conducted by different biochemical, molecular biological and cytological methods.
