Preliminary scope of work

Cílem práce bude charakterizovat adenosinergní signální systém v myokardu potkanů adaptovaných na chronickou hypoxii. Pomocí metod molekulární farmakologie a imunochemických přístupů budou analyzovány předpokládané změny vybraných klíčových komponent tohoto signálního systému a jejich potenciální význam z hlediska kardioprotektivního účinku chronické hypoxie.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of this research is to characterize the adenosiner signaling system in rat myocardium after adaptation to chronic hypoxia. Presumed changes in selected key components of this signaling system and their potencial for cardioprotective effect of chronic hypoxia will be assessed by molecular pharmacology and immunochemistry techniques.
