Preliminary scope of work

Syntéza nových derivátů cyklodextrinů (CD) dvou typů - (a) kovalentní kopolymery regioselektivně monosubstituovaných allyl-CD s akrylamidem (a přip. dalšími fluroforními monomery), bude studována interakce těchto derivátů s cholesterolem; (b) deriváty CD, které jsou schopny vytvářet supramolekulární polymery. Supramolekulární vlastnosti připravených derivátů budou studovány pomocí NMR, ITC, DLS a mikroskopických technik.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Synthesis of new cyclodextrin (CD) derivatives of two types - (a) covalent copolymers of regioselectively monosubstituted allyl-CD with acrylamide (eventually with additional fluorescent monomers), interaction of the copolymers with cholesterol will be studied; (b) CD derivatives which are capable to form supramolecular polymers. Supramolecular properties of the prepared compounds will be studied by NMR, ITC, DLS and microscopic techniques.
