Preliminary scope of work

Tato práce bude zaměřena na chromatografickou charakterizaci polyanilinem potažených stacionárních fází. Bude studována retence rozsáhlého souboru analytů v různých mobilních fázích. Na základě těchto experimentů budou diskutovány interakční mechanismy na těchto stacionárních fázích. S využitím výsledků studie budou navrženy a vyvinuty konkrétní analytické aplikace.

Preliminary scope of work in English

This PhD project will be focused on characterization of polyaniline-coated stationary phases. Retention of extensive set of solutes in various mobile phases will be investigated. On the basis of these experiments, interaction mechanisms taking place in these stationary phases will be evaluated. Based on the results of this study, analytical applications will be proposed and developed.
