Bakalářská práce Fyzioterapie u dětí s polohovým asymetrickým syndromem je rozdělena na část teoretickou, která se zabývá fyziologickým vývojem posturální motoriky dítěte, dále pak odchylkami od tohoto vývoje a možnostmi stimulace v jednotlivých fázích vývoje. Tato část je zakončena vyšetřením dítěte fyzioterapeutem a možnostmi léčebných postupů. Kromě polohování a cvičení metodou Vojtovy reflexní lokomoce je zde zmíněna možnost léčby polohového plagiocefalu také pomocí kraniální remodelační ortézy, která je úspěšná hlavně u těžších deformit lebky. Praktická část obsahuje dvě kazuistiky a možnosti terapeutické intervence pro konkrétní případ polohové asymetrie dítěte.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This bachelor thesis entitled Physiotherapy for Asymmetry Posture Syndrome in Infancy is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the physiological development of infant postural motor skills. Furthermore it describes the development divergence and the stimulation potentiality in each development phase. The physiotherapist examination of a child and the possibility of a medical treatment conclude the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis. Apart from Vojta’s therapy of reflective locomotion and positioning, the thesis presents the possibility of treatment of positional plagiocephaly by cranial remodeling orthosis which is effective mainly at more complicated skull deformations. The practical part includes two critical cases and the possibilities of a therapeutical intervention for a particular infant posture asymmetry.
