Preliminary scope of work

Předkládaná práce se zabývá právními otázkami, které v praxi vyvstávají
v souvislosti s užitím směnek ve spotřebitelských vztazích, zejména se pak zaměřuje na střet rigor cambialis a doktríny ochrany spotřebitele.

Práce vychází zejména z aktuální soudní judikatury, kterou analyzuje a poměřuje
s teorií, dřívější judikaturou, a se zásadami spravedlnosti.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The submitted thesis deals with legal questions which are arising in connection with the use of promissory notes in consumer relations, and is especially focused
on conflict between rigor cambialis and consumer protection policy.

The thesis is especially working with today´s judicature, analyzing and comparing
it with doctrine, former judicature, and principles of fairness.
