| 1. Navrhnout a realizovat úpravu zařízení pro měření elektrického odporu a fotovodivosti bezkontaktní metodou
pro aplikaci vyšších napětí 2. Provést mapování elektrického odporu a fotovodivosti semiizolačních krystalů CdTe bezkontaktní metodou 3. Analyzovat závislost měřených veličin na napětí. 4. Analyzovat oblasti s různou mírou rekombinace měřením luminiscence a spektroskopie hlubokých hladin a určit korelaci mezi jednotlivými měřeními 5. Stanovit faktory ovlivňující míru rekombinace v semiizolačním CdTe |
