Preliminary scope of work

Práce spočívá ve využítí methoxymethylovaných cyklodextrinových derivátů (popsané v bakalářské práci Petra Kasala) k přípravě monosubstituovaných derivátů, které by jiným metodami
byly obtížně připravitelné. Příkladem jsou duplexní cyklodextrinové deriváty, ve kterých jsou cyklodextrinové jednotky spojeny jen přes jeden atom kyslíku nebo dusíku.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The work will utilize methoxymethylated cyclodextrin derivatives (described in the bachelor work of Petr Kasal) for preparation of monosubstituted derivatives, which are difficult to prepare by other methods.
One such example are duplex cyclodextrin derivatives in which the cyclodextrin units are connected just by one atom of oxygen or nitrogen.
