| Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou záchytu patologických nálezů u těhotných žen, přicházejících na genetické vyšetření z důvodu pozitivity screeningového testu prvního trimestru.
První část práce přibližuje teoretické základy genetiky jako vědního oboru, v druhé části jsou analyzována data z vlastního statistického šetření. Cílem práce bylo zjistit procento zachycených patologických nálezů z vybraného souboru žen, procentuální zastoupení jednotlivých geneticky podmíněných vad a získání přehledu o korelaci počtu patologických nálezů s věkem vyšetřovaných žen. |

| The main topic of this Bachelor's Study is the early detection of cytogenetic abnormalities in pregnant women undergoing prenatal diagnostics due to positive results of the First Trimester
Screening Test (FTS). The first part of the study takes a close look at the fundamentals of genetics as a science. The analytical data and statistical results of my own research are presented in the second part. The aim of this Bachelor's Study is to determine the incidence of the main cytogenetically caused aberrations in selected group of pregnant women, proportions of different aberrations and their correlation with the age of women. |
