Studium interakcí proteinů ASK1 a Trx pomocí různých biofyzikálních přístupů:
1. Exprese a purifikace N-terminální domény proteinkinasy ASK1
2. Exprese a purifikace thioredoxinu (Trx)
3. Studium sekundární struktury ASK1 a konformačních změn ASK1 a Trx pomocí CD spektrokopie.
4. Studium interakce mezi ASK1 a Trx pomocí nativní elektroforézy.
5. Studium struktury ASK1:Trx komplexu pomocí SAXS.
