| 7. kapitola 1 Kor obsahuje cenné poučení apoštola Pavla o sociálním postavení křesťanů, v němž vyniká i jeho pohled na manželství a život bez manželství v nové eschatologické situaci. Práce chce přezkoumat různé interpretace pasáží 1 Kor, které se týkají situací manželů a osob, jež ještě do manželství nevstoupily a objasnit, jakou roli v Pavlově pohledu na tyto různé situace hraje tajemství Krista. K lepšímu pochopení jedinečnosti křesťanských stavů přispěje srovnání s pojetím manželství a celibátu ve Starém zákoně, v judaismu Druhého chrámu a v helénistické společnosti. Studium tohoto tématu směřuje k osvětlení toho, jak eschatologická perspektiva Krista ovlivnila základní společenské vztahy v první generaci křesťanů a jak se uplatnila jako nová motivace manželského a celibátního života. |
