Preliminary scope of work

Podíl mastných kyselin ve stravě a jejich složení hraje významnou úlohu v iscemicko reperfůzním poškození srdce.
Cílem práce je sepsat literární rešerši, která popíše stav současného poznání týkající se vlivu podáváním polynenasycených mastných kyselin na stav myokardu u organizmů postiženého chronickýcm nedostatkem nebo nadbytkem tyroidních hormonů.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The fatty acid diet and its composition plays an important role in iscemic - reperfusion injury of the heart.The goal of this theses is to write a literature review focusing on the influence of polyunsaturated fatty acids diet on the myocardium which is affected by chronic lack or excess of thyroid hormones.
