Preliminary scope of work
Preliminary scope of work in English
The thesis is focused on the literature survey concerning effect of ubiquitination on spermiogenesis and fertilization in mammals. The brief introduction describing particular types of posttranslational changes of proteins would be folowed by paragraphs regarding the effect of ubiquitin/proteasomal complex on sperm maturation and their subsequent selection for the fertilization process.
