Práce se bude zabývat charakterizací exprese všech ABC transportérů u nádorových buněk a u nádorových buněk vykazujících rezistenci k nádorovým léčivům. Cílem práce bude potom definovat ABC transportéry, které vykazují jiný expresní profil u buněk vykazujících rezistenci k protinádorovým léčivům (např. tamoxifen).
Preliminary scope of work in English
The diploma work will be focused on the characterization of the expression profile of the cancer cells and cancer cells exhibiting resistance to the commonly used anti-cancer drugs. The aim of the work will be to define the expression profile of the ABC transporters in cancer cells with acquired resistance to anti-cancer compounds (such as tamoxifen).
