| Diplomová práce se zabývá postavením občanů, cizinců a azylantů v kontextu českého právního řádu s průnikem do práva mezinárodního. V první řadě definuje jednotlivé pojmy, dále se zabývá jejich právní úpravou, zmiňuje nejdůležitější soudní rozsudky vztahující se k danému pojmu, pojednává o připravovaných změnách zákonů a v neposlední řadě vymezuje právní postavení nositele daného statusu. V poslední a stežejní kapitole srovává postavení občanů, cizinců a azylantů, ukazuje nejpalčivější rozdíly a shody v jejich právech a povinnostech při pobytu v České republice. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| This thesis deals with the position of citizens, foreigners and refugees in the context of Czech law with penetration into international law. In the first instance it defines the various concepts, discusses the legislation mentions the most important court judgments related to the concept, discusses the upcoming changes in the law and, ultimately, defines the legal status of the wearer's status. In the last and crucial chapter srovává empower citizens, foreigners and refugees, shows the most pressing differences and similarities in their rights and obligations during their stay in the Czech Republic. |
