Přiměřená fyzická zátěž zvyšuje odolnost organismu v mnoha směrech. Literární rešerše shrnující dosavadní poznatky mechanismů inudkovaných adaptací na fyzickou zátěž a její využití v prevenci ischemicko-reperfůzního poškození srdce je předmětem této bakalářské práce.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Adequate physical exercise increases the body's resistance in many ways. Literature review summarizes the current knowledge about adaptation to physical training and its use in the prevention of ischemia-reperfusion injury of the heart is the subject of the present thesis.
