Guidelines
- The student will improve graph visualizations that are already present in the framework [2]. This includes a possibility to group nodes and select main node in circle and tree visualizations and triple table improvements such as grouping of properties of one subject and paging.
- The student will add a caching mechanism to the framework, which will store results of analyses for easy reuse.
- The student will add a transformation layer to the framework according to a formal model [3]. This layer will contain plugins which will be able to transform results of analyses into inputs of visualization plugins.
- The student will create two sample transformation plugins implementing paging, specifically for triple table and graph visualizations.
- The student will enable the visualization plugins to query the transformation layer for compatible transformation plugins which would provide a suitable input.
- The student will implement another graph visualization plugin (sigma.js) [1] as a proof-of-concept of the visualization part of the framework.
