Preliminary scope of work

Adenosin je molekula s mnohostranným významem pro buněčnou fyziologii. Cílem této práce je shrnout základní informace o metabolismu adonosinu, jeho transportních mechanismem a signální roli pro normální fungování buněk/organismu a popsat změny v jeho regulace při některých patofyziologických stavech.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Adenosine is a very significant molecule in cell physiology. The aim of this work is to summarize basic information about adenosine metabolism, its transport mechanisms and signaling role in normal functioning of cells and organisms. Changes in regulation of adenosine in some pathophysiological situations will be also described.
