Preliminary scope of work

Bakalářská práce zabývající se problematikou císařského řezu na přání ženy bude mít teoreticko-empirický charakter.
V teoretické části se budu věnovat průběhu fyziologického těhotenství, spontánnímu a operativnímu porodu. Nemalá pozornost bude věnována porovnání možných komplikací po porodu císařským řezem a porodu spontánním.
Empirická část bude realizována formou průzkumného šetření, kdy budu zjišťovat formou anonymního dotazníku zájem žen o porod císařským řezem bez indikace lékaře. Cílem bakalářské práce bude zjistit, zda ženy mají zájem o vyžádaný porod císařským řezem bez indikace lékaře a co je důvodem jejich volby.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The bachelor thesis, which will deal with caesarian section on maternal request, will have a theoretical and empirical character.
The theoretical part will cover the progress of a physiological pregnancy, spontaneous and surgical delivery. Special focus will be given to the comparison of potential complications after ceasarian section and after spontaneous delivery.
The empirical part will be based on a survey. Using an anonymous questionnaire, I will determine the women’s interest in caesarian section without medical indication. The aim of the bachelor thesis will be to establish whether women are interested in having caesarian section without medical indication and what are the reasons for their choice.
