Tato práce by měla popsat a zhodnotit vývoj americko-čínské rivality v regionu během prvního prezidentského období Baracka Obamy. Největší pozornost bude věnována třem výše uvedeným africkým zemím, nicméně závěry, kterých bude dosaženo, budou mít pravděpodobně implikace pro celý region. Zároveň bude věnována pozornost tomu, jak se liší přístupy obou zemí ve snaze ropu získávat, která z nich je na zkoumaném území úspěšnější a jaké jsou konkrétní dopady jejich politik
Preliminary scope of work in English
This thesis should describe and evaluate the developments in Sino-American Oil Rivalry in the regio during Barack Obama's first presidential term. It will mostly concern the three chosen countries, the findings will probably have brodaer implications for the entire region. It will also treat the different approaches of both countries to acquiring oil and which one of them is more succesful. It will also analyze the main impacts of their policies.
