Práce se věnuje vyjednávacím strategiím "malých států" dle teoretického konceptu Diany Panke. Strategie vyjednávání, typické pro státy tento typ států, aplikuje práce na postup České republiky a Irska ve vyjednávacím procesu o výjimkách z Lisabonské smlouvy, které obě tyto země artikulovaly. Výzkum je zaměřen na vyjednávací procesy na půdě Evropské unie a také na vyjednávání obou zkoumaných zemí s ostatními členskými státy Evropské unie.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This thesis is focused on negotiating strategies applied by “small states” defined by Diana Panke`s theoretical concept. The negotiating strategies, typical for these states, are applied to the approach of the Czech Republic and Ireland within the negotiation process concerning the exemptions of the Lisbon Treaty, which were demanded by both countries. The research is focused on negotiating processes within the European Union institutions as well as the analysis of interactions between European Union member states and both of the examined countries.
