Guidelines

Cílem práce je vytvoření klient-server aplikace agregující nástroje pro počítání molekulárních deskriptorů. Uživatel bude moci pomocí grafického klienta zadat množinu molekul soplu s deskriptory, které by chtěl spočítat, a tento požadavek zašle serveru. Server následně spustí příslušné programy třetích stran zodpovědné za výpočet deskriptorů. Modulární server bude umožňovat pomocí pluginů implementovat rozhraní k libovolným aplikacím pro výpočet deskriptorů a zprostředkovat klientovi informaci o dostupných programech a deskriptorech.
