Práce podrobně zpracovává neurologické onemocnění dětskou mozkovou obrnu a operační řešení deformit vzniklých v důsledku působení tohoto onemocnění. Bude popsána případová studie, jež popisuje rehabilitační léčbu a to převážně práci fyzioterapeuta s dětským pacientem, který podstupuje korekční operaci na dolní končetině. Pomocí rozhovoru budeme zjišťovat názor rodičů na efekt a průběh celé terapie.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This thesis elaborates neurological disease cerebral palsy and surgical treatment of deformities resulting from the operation of this disease. It describes a case study that describes the rehabilitation treatment, mostly work of physical therapist with pediatric patients undergoing corrective surgery on the lower limb. Use the interview will seek the views of parents on the progress and effect of the therapy.
