| Cílem práce je zjistit současný stav provádění kompenzačních cvičení u Zásahových jednotek Policie České republiky (dále jen ZJ). Praktickým důvodem tohoto výzkumu je předpoklad, že pravidelné provádění kompenzačních cvičení pomáhá zkvalitnit celkovou fyzickou připravenost členů ZJ, což je nezanedbatelný aspekt vzhledem k finančně a časově náročné výchově nového člena těchto jednotek. Celkově by měla bakalářská práce přispět jako podklad vedoucím příslušníkům Policejního prezidia České republiky a jednotlivých krajských ředitelství, kteří zodpovídají za výcvik těchto jednotek. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| The aim is to determine the current status of the the implementation of compensatory exercises with officers of the Police of the Czech republic (ZJ). A practical reason for this research is the assumption that the implementation of compensatory regular exercise helps improve overal physical praparedness members ZJ, a signifiant aspect due to the expensive and time consuming education of a new member of these units. Overall bacherol thesis should contribute as a basis leading members of the Police presidium of the Czech republic and the individual regional headquarters who are responsible for training these units. |
