Preliminary scope of work
Preliminary scope of work in English
Adaptation to chronic hypoxia reduces the rate of ischemic reperfusion (I / R) injury. The aim ot the theses is to determine the degree of activation of Akt signaling pathway in left ventricle during I / R damage
in normoxic and hypoxic rats (10% O2). with respect to the increase of mitochondrial hexokinase activity after the ischemic insult.
