Rešeršní práce týkající se interakce retrovirových obalových glykoproteinů s jejich buněčnými receptory, molekulárních mechanismů fúze virové a buněčné membrány a vstupu viru do buňky se vláštní pozorností věnovanou variantám obalových proteinů vykazujícím rozšířenou či změněnou hostitelskou specifitu.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Literary review on the interaction of retroviral envelope glycoproteins with their cellular receptors, molecular mechanisms of the fusion of viral and cellular membranes and the virus entry into the cell with a special attention given to the variants of envelope proteins showing extended or modified host specifity.
