Práce spočívá ve vyvinutí optimálních metod pro zavádění chránících methoxymethylových skupin do molekuly cyklodextrinu a jejich zpětné odstraňování. V chemii cyklodextrinů doposud málo používaná methoxymethylová skupina by měla umožnit přípravu derivátů, které se dosud jinými metodami nepodařilo připravit.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The work consists in development of optimal methods for introduction of methoxymethyl protecting groups into the cyclodextrin molecule and their subsequent removal. The methoxymethyl group, up to now rarely used in cyclodextrin chemistry, should allow preparation of derivatives which could not be prepared by other methods.
