Tato práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienta v souvislosti s implantací kardiostimulátoru. V teoretické části podává stručné informace o problematice srdečních onemocnění vedoucích k indikaci implantace, shrnuje údaje o dostupných přístrojích a popisuje průběh implantace. V klinické části je uvedena kazuistika pacientky, která zákrok podstoupila. Ošetřovatelský proces je zpracován podle modelu M. Gordonové. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována psychickému stavu pacientky a její edukaci.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This work deals with the nursing care about a patient related to pacemaker implantation. The theoretical part provides brief information on the tissue of heart diseases leading to the indication of implantation, it summarizes information about available devices and it describes the process of implantation. The clinical part presents a case report of a patient who underwent the process. The nursing process is based on the model by M. Gordon. A special attention is paid to the patient’s mental state and to her education.
