Bakalářská práce zjišťuje znalosti všeobecných sester pečujících o pacienty se syndromem diabetické nohy. Dále se zabývá problematikou výběru obvazového materiálu, včetně terapie vlhkým krytím, v souvislosti s typem rány a jeho dostupnosti na pracovišti. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, z části teoretické a z části empirické. V teoretické časti je kapitola o anatomii kůže, kostí a svalů chodidla, o podiatrii, o syndromu diabetické nohy (včetně prevence, komplikací, léčby), o fázích hojení ran, nezapomíná ani na nové trendy v hojení ran. Empirická část se zabývá analýzou výsledků z dotazníkového šetření, které proběhlo ve Fakultní nemocnici v Hradci Králové, v Agenturách domácí péče a v Léčebně dlouhodobě nemocných.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Bachelor thesis examines knowledge of nurses caring for patients with diabetic foot syndrome. Furthermore it deals with the selection of dressings, including wet dressing therapy in relation to the type of the wound and its availability in the workplace. The theses are composed by two parts, the theoretical and the empirical one. The theoretical part describes: the skin anatomy, bones and muscles of the foot, podiatry, the diabetic foot syndrome (including prevention, complications and treatments), phases of wound healing, and also mentioned the new trends in the wound healing. The empirical part analyses the results of the research, which was performed in the follow institutes: University Hospital in Hradec Králové, home care agencies and the hospice.
