Preliminary scope of work

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření u zdravotních sester v LDN a podmínkami, které ovlivňují jeho rozvoj. Teoretická část se věnuje historii, definici a fázím tohoto fenoménu. Dále zahrnuje příznaky syndromu vyhoření a faktory, které ovlivňují jeho rozvoj. Důraz je kladen na specifika profese zdravotní sestry a vybranou skupinu pacientů (senioři). Praktickou část práce tvoří výsledky kvalitativního šetření pozitivních (protektivních) a negativních (rizikových) podmínek, které ovlivňují rozvoj syndromu vyhoření u zdravotních sester pracujících v LDN a jejich reakce, kterými se se zátěží vyrovnávají. Výzkum proběhl formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, data zpracována otevřeným kódováním.

Preliminary scope of work in English

This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of burnout syndrome among palliative care nurses and conditions influencing its development. The theoretical portion covers the history, definition and phases of this phenomenon. It also includes symptoms of burnout and the factors that influence its development. Emphasis is placed specifically on this profession and a selected group of patients (seniors). The practical part consists of the results of a qualitative survey of positive (protective) and negative (risk) conditions that influence the development of burnout among nurses working in a palliative care unit and their responses that they use to cope with stress. The research was conducted through semi-structured interviews and data was processed by open coding.
