Preliminary scope of work
Cílem práce je zkoumat vliv trangenní exprese Cd36 v potkanech SHR na proteom srdce, na funkci vybraných metabolických enzymů a na expresi a distribuci vybraných komponent adrenergní transmembránové signalizce.
