| Cílem praktické části diplomové práce je změřit tělesné složení žáků mladšího školního věku na vybraných základních školách v Libereckém kraji bioimpedanční analýzou pomocí přístroje BODYSTAT 1500 MDD. Dále ověřit jejich tělesnou zdatnost prostřednictvím motorického testu na sílu horních končetin (výdrž ve shybu), dolních končetin (skok daleký z místa) a rychlosti (člunkový běh). Aspekty ohledně životního stylu zjistit písemným vyplněním dotazníku 6. Celostátního antropologického výzkumu. Všechna šetření budou prováděna u žáků 3. a 4. tříd základní školy.
V teoretické části práce uvedu poznatky týkající se daného tématu z domácí i zahraniční literatury. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| The aim of the practical part of my diploma thesis is to measure the body composition of pupils of the younger school age on selected primary schools at the Liberec region by the bioimpedantional analysis with the BODYSTAT 1500 MDD apparatus. The another aim was to evaluate their fitness by the motoric tests focused to the power of arms (staying at the pull-up), of legs (long jump without run up) and to the speed (shuttle run) and to obtain the life style aspects by the filling of the questionnaire of the 6th Countrywide antropologic research. All tests will be performed at the pupils of the 3rd and 4th classes of the primary school.
The findings concerning the given topic from czech and foreign literature will be summarized in the theoretical part of my thesis. |
